This page explains how to remove Gilmedia Social Publisher’s access to your Facebook Page or Instagram account, and how to request deletion of any data we have retained.

Option 1: Revoke access yourself (immediate)

1. Log in to Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations (or, for a Page, Page Settings > Page Access > Business Integrations).
2. Find “Gilmedia Social Publisher” in the list of connected apps.
3. Select Remove to revoke its access to your Page and any linked Instagram account.

Removing the integration immediately stops Gilmedia Social Publisher from accessing your Page, Instagram account, ads, or catalog data.

Option 2: Request deletion by email
Email info@gilmedia.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” including the name of your Facebook Page or Instagram account. We will confirm your identity as the account owner or an authorized administrator, then delete any Page tokens, cached content, and performance data we hold for that account within 30 days, and confirm by email once complete.
